The Siba Gotick Evleri project in the Gotick region of the town of Sultan Ayoub is climbing at a point adjacent to a river that gives calm to the project customers with its calm voice. There is also a forest at the other end of the river. Thus, the project gives its clients the ability to live in a grouping atmosphere between the blue and green colors at the same time. The project is also characterized by being surrounded by green spaces and nature from 3 parties, unlike other projects. Another feature of the project is that it is directly open to public and private transportation methods. The project design is due to Marad Cadre, Sima Esir, who belongs to Iiki Design, the architectural company.
